FAQ

Tile Installation Questions

Can you tile over my existing floor?

Sometimes — it depends on the existing surface and height. We’ll assess it and recommend the approach that will last.

Do you do large-format and natural stone tile?

Yes. Large-format and stone need extra-flat substrate and the right setting materials, which we handle properly.

Can you regrout or repair existing tile?

Yes, we do regrouting, crack repairs and partial replacements as well as full installations.

How long does a tile job take?

Most rooms take a few days including prep, setting and grouting, plus cure time before use.
